The internationally renowned outer wear company Canada Goose has announced a multi-year partnership to become the outerwear partners with the National Basketball Association.
As part of the agreement, Canada Goose will develop exclusive designs for both players and fans every year, in a collaboration with the LA-based brand RHUDE.

While this year looks different, we are proud to celebrate the players who have always supported us.”
Apparel being produced under the agreement will include vests, jackets, trench coats and more, and ‘Freestyle Vests’ from this year’s Canada Goose – NBA Collection with RHUDE will be made available to all players in the 2021 NBA All-Star game. Those items will be available for purchase through canadagoose.com and select Canada Goose retail stores in the United States and Canada.

The partners are launching the lines with a marketing campaign called The Play in the Open Challenge, which was inspired by Canada Goose’s existing ‘Live in the Open’ campaign theme. The Challenge was introduced on TikTok with Tip-Off Crew performing an impressive basketball trick. In the coming days and weeks The Tip-Off Crew—which includes RHUDE founder Rhuigi Villaseñor and NBA center James Wiseman—will challenge followers to join in with TikTok videos of their own best tricks on the court.
