Cyber Group Studios has hired the boutique toy company United Smile as the new worldwide master toy licensee for its CGI-animated series, Gigantosaurus.
In its new position, United Smile will develop and distribute a wide range of licensed Gigantosaurus toys, beginning with a debut range set to launch worldwide in spring 2023.
“We are delighted to be working with Cyber Group Studios to develop the new toy line for Gigantosaurus that captures the unique characters and adventures of the hit series that is loved by kids and families as well as our team,” said Josue Rosenzweig, President of United Smile. “We’re planning to introduce an exceptional toy and plush assortment worldwide that will deepen the connection fans have to the brand in an even bigger way.”
The upcoming toy line will feature a broad assortment of products including plush, feature plush, figurines, playsets, and vehicles for children ages three to six. The products will be made available through a global network of distributors.
“I’m delighted to be working with the talented team at United Smile, which produces beautiful, high-quality toys and has been consistently recognized for efficiency in product development, manufacturing and distribution,” said Bruno Danzel d’Aumont, VP of International Licensing and Marketing for Cyber Group Studios. “We can’t wait to bring these exciting new offerings to Gigantosaurus fans worldwide so they can create their own dinosaur-themed series-inspired adventures.”
United Smile’s employees have decades of experience in the global toy business as well as strategic connections in major markets. The company is known for the creation and development of high-quality consumer products.
This new partnership happens at a key moment for the Gigantosaurus brand. Season two and three of the wildly popular comedy-adventure series is currently airing on a variety of major networks worldwide.
Based on the best-selling book by Jonny Duddle, Gigantosaurus follows the adventures of four young dinosaurs as they go on quests to explore their world, face their fears, and work together to solve problems.
The hit series incorporates a wide array of real dinosaur species, as well as realistically-rendered and historically-accurate flora and fauna.
Gigantosaurus has won several awards, including the Pulcinella Award for Best TV Series, the Common Sense Media Award, the National Parenting Products Award, and the 2021 Export Award for Animation.
Founded in 2005, Cyber Group Studios is an international producer and distributor of animated programs ranging in demographic from kids to young adults. The company produces both in-house content and third-party productions.
Cyber Group Studios also engages in large-scale marketing and consumer products licensing programs for its characters and properties.
