Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams’ has teamed up with the Goose rock band for a licensed flavor called Goose Tracks.
The limited-edition ice cream features a blend of red raspberries and blackberries, with layers of bittersweet chocolate flakes.
Designed to promote Goose’s latest album, Everything Must Go, the licensed ice cream pint features artwork designed by the band’s album cover illustrator Brian Blomerth.
The licensing collaboration is also offering a screen-printed poster to commemorate the release.
Known for their live performances and genre-bending sound, Goose is an experimental indie-rock band that includes Rick Mitarotonda, Peter Anspach, Trevor Weekz and Cotter Ellis.
“This was a really fun collab,” said Goose band member, Cotter Ellis. “We are big fans of Jeni’s ice cream, what they stand for, and how they source their ingredients. We hope our fans enjoy Goose Tracks!”
Founded in 2002 by Jeni Britton, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is an American company that offers specialty ice cream flavors using fair trade ingredients and milk from family-owned dairy farms.
A Certified B Corporation, the company currently operates over 90 in-person scoop shops, as well as an online shore and distribution at grocery retailers across the country.
“On a Venn diagram comparing Jeni’s and Goose, where the circles overlap would be called Things That Bring People Together and Make People Feel Good,” said Jeni’s brand head, Ryan Morgan. “Music and ice cream are two of life’s greatest connectors. A live Goose show is about the joy of the moment and sparking the type of emotional connection that only comes through shared presence in real life,” added Morgan. “A Jeni’s experience is about the same thing.”
Customers can purchase the new Goose Tracks flavor through Jeni’s e-commerce website and at Jeni’s scoop shops locations throughout the US beginning on June 24, 2025.
In addition to their new album, Goose is set to embark on a national tour, host their own festival and headline their first show at Madison Square Garden.
