Ono Hawaiian BBQ has partnered with the Walt Disney Company to release collectible meal bags featuring art inspired by Lilo & Stitch.
Launched on May 14, the collaboration offers one of three licensed Stitch lunch bags with each purchase of Ono’s Keiki or Ohana meal options.
The restaurant’s Keiki kids meals include a choice of made-to-order protein, a Tree Top 100% Apple Juice box, a scoop of rice, steamed vegetables and a Tree Top Triple Berry Apple Sauce pouch.
Created as a family meal option, the Ohana meals serves up to four people with three proteins, steamed vegetables and rice.
This new partnership marks the restaurant brand’s second collaboration with Disney, following the two companies Moana 2 activation last year.
“We’re thrilled to bring another joyful and family-centered promotion to our guests,” said Ono Hawaiian BBQ marketing director, Christine Jan. “The values at the heart of the new Lilo & Stitch film—connection, community, and fun—align perfectly with our mission of spreading Aloha through good food and great service.”
Debuting in theaters on May 23, 2025, the Lilo & Stitch live-action remake retells Disney’s classic story of a lonely Hawaiian girl and a fugitive alien who help each other discover the meaning of family.
Directed by Dean Fleischer Camp with a screenplay by Chris Kekaniokalani Bright and Mike Van Waes, the new live-action film adaptation stars Maia Kealoha as Lilo Pelekai, Sydney Elizebeth Agudong as Nani Pelekai, Courtney B. Vance as Cobra Bubbles, Kaipo Dudoit as David Kawena and Chris Sanders as the voice of Stitch.
Founded in 2002, Ono Hawaiian BBQ is a fast casual restaurant known for its Hawaiian cuisine-inspired dishes that are prepared from scratch daily and grilled to order.
