Marianne James joins Hasbro as VP EMEA Consumer Products starting Nov. 11th. Based out of the Stockley Park (U.K.) office, James will report to Casey Collins, SSVP & GM Global Consumer Products.

Fred Rogers Productions hires Christopher Arnold as COO. Reporting directly to President & CEO Paul Siefken, Arnold succeeds long-time company COO Kevin Morrison, who is retiring.

Kristine Belson renews her contract with Sony Pictures Entertainment, expanding her remit to include producing animated series for TV and streaming and taking on the new title of President Sony Pictures Animation Features & Series.

The Walt Disney Co. promotes Jan Koeppen to President EMEA. Koeppen will continue in his current role leading the company’s direct-to-consumer business in Europe and Africa until Nov. 11th, when he will succeed Rebecca Campbell, who has led the region for the last two years. In his new role, Koeppen will oversee Disney’s DTC, networks, media distribution and film businesses across EMEA (excluding Disneyland Paris), while also working alongside the company’s consumer products team.

Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) appoints Maria Kyriacou as President U.K., Northern & Eastern Europe to oversee the conglomerate’s media networks and related businesses in 33 European countries. Based in London, she will report to David Lynn, President & CEO of VIMN, replacing James Currell, who stepped down from the same role at the start of June this year.

Sunrights Inc. changes its name to ADK Emotions NY Inc. subsequent to parentco d-rights Inc. merging with ADK Emotions Inc., a subsidiary of ADK Holdings Inc.

Aardman promotes Sean Clarke to the role of Managing Director, replacing co-founder David Sproxton, who has been the MD at the studio for 43 years. Moving forward, Sproxton will sit on the trustee board and consult on projects.

Karen Murray steps down as CEO of Sequential Brands Group and Chad Wagenheim is promoted to President as the company’s board of directors conducts a review of strategic alternatives focused on maximizing shareholder value. Murray, who also stepped down as a director of the company, will continue to serve as senior advisor and assist the company on strategic opportunities.

Licensing professionals Melissa Moskowitz and Andi Scher launch their own consultancy, Mix Licensing Group (Mix), which focuses on licensee representation for new opportunities and acquisitions. With a broad range of experience across toys, home, apparel, confections, costumes, and casino gaming among others, Mix brings their wealth of licensing knowledge and vast industry relationships to manufacturers of all sizes looking to grow their licensing portfolios.
