Wasserman Music has announced the addition of Rebecca Prochnik, Gideon Shay Royale, Josh Dick and Jonathan Insogna to its global team of music executives.

Rebecca Prochnik has joined Wasserman Music as the agency’s newest London-based director, bringing extensive experience working across the independent music sector as a talent agent and a company owner. Her prior experience includes close to 10 years as a co-founder and music agent for the UK-based Earth Agency.
At Wasserman Music, Prochnik will be responsible for representing artists such as Black Lips, Decius, Frost Children, Ghetts, Mala, Paranoid London and more.
Gideon Shay Royale has joined Wasserman Music as the company’s newest New York-based director. Shay Royale is an experienced executive in the music, entertainment and technology industries, who began his career as an advisor under the umbrellas of Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch, and MJ Capital Partners. He later joined the global sports and entertainment division at Morgan Stanley to expand their efforts in guiding sports and entertainment professionals through financial planning. Shay Royale has since worked with music artists as a manager and A&R consultant, most recently through the indie music incubator and artist development company, All Season.
During his time at All Season, Royale advised music labels, distributors, and artist teams on expanding the Afro-music market worldwide. Royale also co-founded the community-based ticketing platform TBA to support smoother collaborations between independent artists, creators, and venues.
At Wasserman Music, Royale will be responsible for leading the agency’s Afro-music expansion initiatives with clients such as Victony, Black Sherif, Gabzy, Blxckie, melvitto and WurlD.
Josh Dick has joined Wasserman Music as the agency’s new New York-based vice president.
Dick began his over 20-year career in the music industry as a booking agent at The Agency Group with artists such as A$AP Rocky, Danny Brown and YelaWolf. For the past decade, Dick has specialized in artist representation and independent record label management for high-profile artists such as Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and Flatbush Zombies.
In his new role at Wasserman Music, he will represent a portfolio of musical artists and groups across North America. This includes continuing his representation of Flatbush Zombies.
Jonathan Insogna joins Wasserman Music as the company’s newest Nashville-based vice president. Insogna previously worked for 17years at WME, where he focused on representing country and Americana musical artists. He is a current member of the Country Music Association, as well as the Academy of Country Music.
In his new role at Wasserman Music, Insogna will represent artists such as Morgan Wade, Yola, Cam Whitcomb, Drew Erwin, Joshua Quimby, Max McNown, and Theo Kandel.
