Crocs Offers the Pringles Snack Shoe You Never Knew You Needed

May 1, 2024

Pringles and Crocs are launching a global licensing collaboration that includes limited-edition Pringles-inspired Crocs footwear, Jibbitz charms and a new Pringles flavor.

“Pringles’ first footwear collaboration delivers on what both of our brands do best, bringing ingenuity to fashion and flavor,” said Pringles marketing lead, Mauricio Jenkins. “We brought the flavor of this vibrant partnership to life — literally, with Pringles Croc-Tail Party — and with a collection that allows fans to express their taste in snacks and fashion.”

The footwear featured in the collection include Pringles-inspired classic Crocs designs such as clogs, retro slides and crush boots.

The Pringles x Crocs classic clogs are available in two mix-and-match color varieties inspired by popular Pringles chip flavors.

The licensed Crocs classic clogs also feature the signature mustache of the Pringles brands’ Mr. P mascot as the shoe straps.

The color designs for the Crocs clogs include Pringles Original red with Cheddar Cheese orange and Pringles Sour Cream & Onion green with Salt & Vinegar blue.

Crocs features flavorful Pringles footwear.

The licensed Crocs classic slides sandals feature images of the Pringles mascot in a retro black-and-white color scheme with Mr. P’s mustache featured on the strap.

The Pringles x Crocs classic crush boots featured design elements such as a Pringles Original red color, a stacked heel that looks like Pringles chips, and a custom holster that is designed to store a grab-and-go Pringles snack container.

Customers that purchased the limited-edition Crocs x Pringles crush boots in the United States also received a free package of the Croc-Tail Party Pringles flavor.

This special-edition Croc-Tail Party Pringles snack is flavored with watermelon, chili and lime to provide a distinctive taste profile.

“This partnership seamlessly combines the flavor-packed world of Pringles with the iconic comfort DNA of Crocs,” said Crocs VP, Matias Infante. “We’re thrilled to partner with the team at Pringles to come up with new and innovative ways to ignite our communities and excite our fans.”

Finally, the licensed collaboration has launched a special Pringles x Crocs Jibbitz pack that includes five Jibbitz charms based on aspects of the Pringles snack brand.

The five charms are designed to look like a classic Mr. P head with a red bowtie, a Pringles chip, a 3D winking Mr. P head, a Pringles Original can and a Pringles Sour Cream & Onion can.

The special-edition Pringles Croc-Tail Party flavor was released exclusively in the U.S. retail market.

Available to customers across the globe, the limited-edition Pringles x Crocs footwear collection was released on the official Crocs e-commerce website on April 16 2024.

“We’re ecstatic with how Crocs and Pringles both creatively became personified in fashion, flavor and whimsy,” said Kellanova SD, David Lee. “Fans not only in North America, but all over the world in Europe, Asia and Latin America can experience this stacked collection.”

Crocs is a casual footwear company that distributes its products in over 85 countries through both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.

Formerly known as the Kellogg Company, Kellanova is a global food company that specializes in snacks, cereal, frozen foods and more. The Kellanova company is the owner and licensor of the Pringles snacking brand.
