Trejo’s Tacos and Del Taco Bring the Flavor with New Al Pastor Menu

Del Taco and Trejo’s Tacos have launched a licensing partnership to feature Trejo’s roasted pork Al Pastor menu items at Del Taco restaurants.
Al Pastor is a traditional Mexican dish that features fire-roasted pork that is marinated in a mixture of chipotle, onions, garlic and sweet pineapple juice. 
“Teaming up with Del Taco to roll out this Roasted Pork Al Pastor is like sharing a piece of my roots with everyone,” said Trejo’s Tacos founder, Danny Trejo. “This isn’t just about flavor—it’s about putting my heart and soul into every bite. I’m excited for folks to taste the bold, authentic flavors that mean so much to me, now at a Del Taco near you.”
The limited-edition Del Taco x Trejo’s Tacos menu features Al Pastor Street Tacos, Al Pastor Loaded Fries, Al Pastor Epic Burritos and Al Pastor Cheddar Quesadillas.
To complement the flavors of the Roasted Pork Al Pastor menu, Del Taco is also introducing a new Double Pineapple beverage line that includes sweet pineapple flavoring and real diced pineapple pieces.
The licensed Trejo’s Tacos-inspired menu is available for a limited time at Del Taco chain restaurant locations throughout the United States.
Initially launched in 1964, Del Taco is a fast food restaurant chain that offers a variety of Mexican American fusion cuisine that is made using fresh ingredients. 
Del Taco currently serves more than three million diners each week at its numerous restaurant locations across the U.S.
