Warner Bros. Discovery and Egan Escape Productions have partnered for an escape room experience inspired by the horror franchise IT.
The licensing deal for this terrifying but thrilling experience was managed by Warner Bros. Discovery’s Global Themed Entertainment division.
The licensed Escape IT experience features two multi-room escape adventures inspired by the IT film and its sequel IT Chapter Two. The attraction includes special effects, lighting, animatronics, live actors, and more than 20 interactive rooms.
In addition, the Escape IT attraction includes carnival-style midway games and a full-scale IT-themed retail store with exclusive custom merchandise.
“It’s been such an exciting venture to work with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Themed Entertainment and having the opportunity to bring some of their iconic characters to life in an immersive experience here in Las Vegas,” said Egan Escape Productions founder Jason Egan. “We are passionate about creating the most creative and interactive experiences with this being the most terrifying one yet, as Pennywise the dancing clown welcomes you into the town of Derry.”
Egan Escape Productions is a US-based experiential entertainment company founded by the entertainment specialist and business executive Jason Egan.
The company’s Escape IT Chapter One attraction has officially opened for business and the IT Chapter Two experience is scheduled to launch later this year.
