Kimm & Miller has signed a licensing agreement securing rights to offer food gifting products based on the Swizzels’ candy portfolio.
Swizzels is an independent UK-based confectionery company that manufactures and licenses a variety of branded candy products.
This includes branded products such as Love Hearts, Refreshers, Drumstick Lollies, Rainbow Drops, Double Lollies, Parma Violets, Squashies, Fizzers and Fruity Pops.
The licensing deal with Kimm & Miller was brokered by Blonde Sheep Licensing on behalf of Swizzels. Blonde Sheep Licensing is an international agency that offers a range of consultation, licensing and brand management services to both manufacturers and IP owners.
“Kimm & Miller are a leader in the food gifting sector and we’re looking forward to seeing their innovative range of products at retailers,” said Blonde Sheep Licensing CEO, Natasha Dyson. “The next few years are very exciting for Swizzels with multiple anniversaries, starting with Love Hearts 70th anniversary this year.”
Founded in the UK in 2006, Kimm & Miller is a design, sourcing and supply company that specializes in gifting products based on licensed brands and IPs. The company currently supplies its products through a variety of high street retailers, online stores, grocers, garden centres and direct-to-customers through its dedicated Amazon e-commerce shop.
The new licensing agreement allows Kimm & Miller to distribute licensed gifting products such as cookie mixes, milkshake flavourings, mallow toppers, sippy cups and more across the UK and Australia regions.

The licensed products will be available for purchase through major retailers starting in August 2024.
