Krispy Kreme is launching a Merry Grinchmas doughnut collection based on licensed characters from How the Grinch Stole Christmas! by Dr. Seuss.
The Merry Grinchmas doughnut collection will feature three new doughnut varieties, along with two classic Krispy Kreme Christmas flavors.
“Who wants to celebrate Christmas with Krispy Kreme?!” said Krispy Kreme CBO, Dave Skena. “Our Merry Grinchmas doughnuts are guaranteed to make even the Grinchiest Grinch smile. At Krispy Kreme, you’re a sweet one, Mr. Grinch!”
The doughnuts included in the collection are titled the Grinch, Grinchy Claus, Cindy-Lou Who Merry Berry Tree, Santa Belly and Holiday Sprinkle.
The Grinch features an unglazed doughnut base that is filled with coal-inspired Cookies & Kreme filling, dipped in Grinch green icing, finished with a chocolate icing smirk and topped with buttercream frosting hair.

The Grinchy Claus is an Original Glazed doughnut that is dipped in chocolate icing, adorned with white buttercreme, covered in Christmas crispies and topped with a Grinch ornament piece.
Cindy-Lou Who Merry Berry Tree is an Original Glazed doughnut that is dipped in strawberry flavored icing with a green buttercreme tree that is topped with festive sprinkles and a star piece.
Krispy Kreme’s Santa Belly and Holiday Sprinkle doughnut will return to round out the licensed Dr. Seuss collection.
Officially launching on November 29, the licensed doughnuts will be available for a limited time through participating Krispy Kreme shops and select grocery store locations.
The Merry Grinchmas collection was developed by Krispy Kreme as part of a licensing partnership with Dr. Seuss Enterprises.
