Krispy Kreme and Warner Bros DGCP are celebrating Halloween with limited-edition licensed doughnut packs based on the Scooby-Doo franchise.
“We’ve asked Scooby-Doo and his friends to solve The Case of the Disappearing Doughnuts because it seems like whenever we put out a dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts, they vanish almost immediately,” said Krispy Kreme CBO, Dave Skena. “Scooby‑Doo is the perfect franchise this Halloween season for a fun collection of all-new doughnuts and to solve this spooky mystery.”
Scooby-Doo is a family-friendly entertainment franchise that focuses on an eccentric group of friends that solve supernatural mysteries. The franchise was initially created in 1969 for the Hanna-Barbera animation studio.
The rights to the Scooby-Doo brand were transferred to Warner Bros Discovery following the company’s acquisition of Hanna-Barbera in 2001.
The new Scooby-Doo Halloween Dozen packs include four unique doughnut varieties called Scooby Dooby-Doo, Mystery Machine, Spooky Monster Cookies N’ Kreme, and Jinkies! Halloween.

The Scooby Dooby-Doo is an original glazed doughnut that is decorated with a Scooby-Doo shaped chocolate piece, orange cake batter buttercream, blue icing and lime green icing swirls.
The Mystery Machine Doughnut is an original glazed doughnut that features a Mystery Machine shaped chocolate piece, chocolate icing, lime green icing and chocolate sprinkles.
The Spooky Monster Cookies N’ Kreme doughnut includes a Scooby-Doo monster chocolate piece, black chocolate icing, purple icing, Oreo cookie pieces and
Oreo Cookies n’ Kreme filling.
The Jinkies! Halloween is an original glazed doughnut that is dipped in orange icing and decorated with a Halloween-inspired sprinkle blend.
The doughnut collection comes in a limited-edition Scooby-Doo Dozens box that features artwork of licensed characters from the franchise. The licensed Scooby-Doo Halloween Dozen doughnut packs are available for purchase at participating Krispy Kreme shops across the U.S., and Krispy Kreme’s Scooby-Doo doughnuts are available in-shop and for pickup or delivery via Krispy Kreme’s mobile app and website.
A limited-edition Krispy Kreme 6-pack featuring the Scooby Dooby-Doo, Mystery Machine and Chocolate Iced with Halloween Sprinkles doughnuts can also be purchased from select grocery store locations.
The doughnut assortment is available at U.S. grocery chains such as Walmart, Kroger, Food Lion, Publix, Stater Brothers, Wakefern and more.
Krispy Kreme is also offering guests who wear Halloween costumes to participating shops a free Krispy Kreme doughnut of choice on October 31, 2023.
