Sony Music’s Terrapin Station Entertainment subsidiary has secured a collective partnership with nine Major League Soccer teams for its Terrapin Station Sports division.

Terrapin Station Entertainment is an artist management and tour production company with expertise in management, sports facility consulting, brand experiences, family entertainment, and more. The company holds licensing deals allowing them to stage concerts at a variety of stadiums, such as the Guns ‘n’ Roses event at the Busch Stadium in St. Louis, as seen in the above photo.

Per the terms of the collective partnership, Terrapin Station Entertainment will work alongside the MLS teams to generate a wide range of live entertainment opportunities for their partner stadiums.

“Thanks to the leadership of the Columbus Crew and Philadelphia Union MLS clubs, we’re honored and excited to be partnering with nine MLS teams across the country to represent their amazing stadiums for live concerts and events,” said Terrapin Station EVP, Steven Lundy. “We see tremendous potential for each of these stadiums to become active live concert venues with premium programming while also being a new category of first-class venues for artists to play to their fans.”

Terrapin Station Sports will also utilize its network of promoters and agents from the entertainment industry to book live events and concerts for the stadiums.

The MLS teams and stadiums included in the partnership are Columbus Crew for Lower.com Field, Philadelphia Union for Subaru Park, New York/New Jersey for the Red Bull Arena, FC Dallas for Toyota Stadium, Orlando for Exploria Stadium, Salt Lake for America First Field, Minnesota for Allianz Field, Houston Dynamo FC for Shell Energy Stadium, and FC Cincinnati for TQL Stadium.

“The Philadelphia Union is proud to launch this initiative alongside the tremendous leadership of Columbus Crew, Kristin Bernert and other MLS clubs,” said Philadelphia Union president, Tim McDermott. “Given their industry reputation and proven track record, Terrapin Station Entertainment is the perfect partner to guide us in this endeavor. Major League Soccer boasts some of the most impressive, intimate venues across the country. We look forward to inviting music lovers to Subaru Park to enjoy amazing sightlines and fan experience alongside their favorite artist.”

This partnership with the MLS clubs adds to Terrapin Station Sports’ existing partnerships with Major League Baseball and National Football League franchises.

The company’s existing partnerships with MLB and NFL include St. Louis Cardinals’ Busch Stadium, Cleveland Guardians Progressive Field, Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium, Washington Commanders’ FedExField and more.
