Perry Ellis International Signs Licensing Partnership with Pegasus Home Fashions

Perry Ellis International (PEI) has secured an agreement with Pegasus Home Fashions for a series of licensed home collections.
Pegasus Home Fashions is a North American manufacturing company that focuses on producing high-quality utility bedding such as pillows, mattress pads, comforters and protectors.
Per the terms of the licensing partnership, Pegasus Home Fashions will develop and distribute a selection of utility homewares and bedding for PEI’s Original Penguin, Rafaella and Laundry by Shelli Segal brands.

We believe that Pegasus Home Fashions’ expertise will be instrumental in bringing our vision for these products to life and enhancing our brands’ presence in the home goods market.”
The licensed product collections will include a range of mattress pads, bed pillows, mattress toppers and alternative comforters inspired by the PEI-owned brand labels.

The Original Penguin branded products are currently scheduled to hit the retail market in the fourth quarter of 2024, while the Laundry by Shelli Segal and Rafaella collections are expected to debut during the spring of 2025.
The licensed products will be distributed through a wide range of retailers across the United States and Canada.
