Products of Change has partnered with the Ethical Supply Chain Program to expand access to resources for ethical and sustainable supply chains.

Through the partnership, members of both not-for-profit organisations will be given access to tools that will help them create products in more socially conscious and environmentally-friendly ways.

“ESCP and Products of Change have a shared mission; working together brings a wealth of different expertise to our members,” said ESCP president, Carmel Giblin. “We’re both striving to positively impact global supply chains by helping businesses operate more ethically and sustainably. Working together enables us to support more organisations in achieving these objectives.”

The resources offered through the agreement will include ESCP’s labor standards tools such as Social Impact assessments, Worker Well-Being initiatives and Factory Certification programmes.

Products of Change plans to offers a Maturity Index tool that is designed to assess sustainable practices across product development and operations.

As a further effort to raise industry standards across global supply chains, the two organisations will offer extensive data collection and reporting services.

These services are designed to help POC and ESCP members in meeting social and environmental regulations at a national and international level.

“Increasing consumer demand for more sustainable products goes hand in hand with the desire for them to be made responsibly,” said Products of Change CEO, Helena Mansell-Stopher. “As our members respond to these demands, being able to draw on the expertise of ESCP, as well as our own team, will be invaluable.”

On March 25, 2025, the two organizations will host a joint webinar so attendees can learn more about the collaborative partnership and its future benefits.

Founded by the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI), ESCP is a global organization that focuses on building a network of manufacturers, suppliers, licensors and retailers that share values related to human rights and transparency.

Products of Change (POC) is a purpose-driven organization that focuses on providing education, guidance and connection opportunities to its network of not-for-profit members.

Its membership network is designed to collectively build the infrastructure and resources needed to help reduce the environmental impact of the global consumer products industry.
