The meat-based snack company Tillamook Country Smoker has created a fiery new partnership with Mike’s Hot Honey.

The deal, combining two of the hottest companies in specialized foods, was brokered by Brandgenuity on behalf of Mike’s Hot Honey, and Brand Central Group on behalf of Tillamook Country Smoker. Brandgenuity is managing the development and rollout of the licensing program.

Tillamook is a leader in premium, handcrafted meat snacks, while Mike’s Hot Honey is a fast rising condiment company whose signature hot and spicy honey has been a signature of the Swicy food trend that captured America in 2023/24.

Mike’s Hot Honey has been on a licensing tear, blending its signature sweet and spicy flavors into a variety of products. This month, they are introducing the all-new Tillamook Country Smoker Beef Sticks infused with Mike’s Hot Honey, perfectly capturing the Swicy flavor trend that’s captivating taste buds nationwide.

“Partnering with Tillamook Country Smoker is an exciting step for us, blending the natural sweetness and bold heat of our honey with their expertly smoked beef products,” said Mike Kurtz, Founder, Mike’s Hot Honey. “We’ve always aimed to elevate everyday eating with our hot honey’s unique flavor fusion, and these new meat snacks are a perfect canvas for those who love a little adventure in every bite.”

Bush’s Beans and Mike’s Hot Honey Launch Sweet & Spicy Collaboration

Crafted for the adventurous palate, the 100% premium beef sticks blend the sweet, all-natural heat of Mike’s Hot Honey with Tillamook’s signature slow smoked flavor. Available in a convenient, portable 1oz stick, these sausages are set to become the go-to treat for flavor-seeking snackers everywhere.

“We’re ecstatic to introduce a snack that not only satisfies the current consumer appetite for bold, authentic flavors but also exemplifies our dedication to quality,” said Bree Randall, Chief Marketing Officer of Tillamook Country Smoker. “This collaboration between Tillamook Country Smoker and Mike’s Hot Honey represents a union of two iconic brands, each with a steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality, flavorful products. Our delicious new beef sticks deliver the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory, crafted without any artificial ingredients—a true testament to our shared commitment to excellence.”

Each beef stick is packed with 8 grams of protein and made with all-natural ingredients, including 100% pure honey infused with real chili peppers, making every bite a guilt-free pleasure. This collaboration is ideal for snack lovers who crave a little sting with their sweetness.

Tillamook Country Smoker’s beef sticks infused with Mike’s Hot Honey can now be purchased on Amazon and on Tillamook’s website. This summer, they will also be available in select 7-Eleven locations, giving snackers a chance to grab a stick of this sweet heat on the go.
