Zenni Optical Joins Forces with Monster Jam as Official Eyewear Partner

January 14, 2025

Zenni Optical, the world’s leading online eyewear retailer, has announced a new partnership with Monster Jam, marking its first venture into motorsports.

As the Official Eyewear Partner of Monster Jam, Zenni aims to bring affordable and stylish eyewear to fans of the action-packed motorsport, which hosts over 350 live events annually.

Monster Jam is renowned for its high-energy competitions featuring state-of-the-art trucks and world-class athletes battling for championships on meticulously engineered dirt tracks. With families making up a large portion of its fanbase, the partnership aligns with Monster Jam’s mission to provide inclusive entertainment while supporting Zenni’s focus on promoting eye health.

“There is nothing in the world like Monster Jam—it’s an incredible experience for families and fans of all ages,” said Robb Chiarini, Head of Partnerships, Licensing, & Events at Zenni Optical. “This partnership not only showcases the thrilling entertainment of Monster Jam but also emphasizes eye health education and provides families with eyewear they’ll love to wear.”

As part of the collaboration, Zenni will launch a curated line of frames and accessories inspired by Monster Jam trucks and designs. Available in both adult and children’s styles, the customizable frames will support prescription and non-prescription lenses, including upgrades such as Blokz blue light-blocking technology, light-adaptive EyeQLenz, and polarized sunglasses. Zenni’s OptiFlex glasses, designed for comfort under headgear, will also be featured in the collection.

“We are thrilled to partner with Zenni and connect our millions of fans with their brand,” said Jeff Bialosky, Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships and Licensing for Feld Entertainment, producers of Monster Jam. “The launch of Monster Jam eyewear will be an exciting extension of our brand, embodying the mantra, ‘See clearly, drive boldly’!”

The partnership underscores both brands’ commitment to family-friendly experiences, combining Zenni’s mission of “Eyewear for Everyone” with Monster Jam’s electrifying events. The Monster Jam eyewear collection will be available for purchase online, allowing fans to showcase their love for the sport while enjoying Zenni’s quality craftsmanship.

Zenni Optical has previously engaged in several brand licensing partnerships to expand its market presence and offer diverse eyewear collections.

In August 2024, Zenni was designated as the Official Eyewear of PAX, a prominent gaming and culture festival. The collaboration introduced exclusive PAX-branded eyewear and accessories, including limited edition 20th Anniversary frames. In October 2024, Zenni partnered with Cloud9, a leading esports organization, to become its official eyewear partner. The collaboration offers players and fans access to Zenni’s eyewear, including blue-light-blocking technology tailored for gaming.

Zenni is also a partner and official eyewear partner with the San Francisco 49ers, and collaborated with NFL player George Kittle and his wife, Claire, to launch the second Kittles x Zenni eyewear collection, blending fashion and functionality.

In the fashion category, Zenni partnered with fashion brand Timo Weiland in 2016 to open its first brick-and-mortar location in New York City, showcasing a blend of fashion-forward eyewear designs.
