This week Lotería has continued to grow its hot licensing program with a new collection of hair and beauty products in partnership with popular brand Suavecito. Brokered by the licensing agency Pacific Swell Brands, this timely collaboration comes at a moment when cultural authenticity, diversity and celebration of cultures is as important as ever.
Lotería, an important and popular cultural export from Mexico, has become a coveted property in fashion and pop culture throughout the world for its vibrant card characters, patterns and deep emotional connection to the Hispanic market, as evidenced by its successful collaboration with Forever21 earlier this year among others.
Suavecito, maker of the enormously popular hair pomade, has become equally well known for their highly coveted and well-executed collaborations with iconic properties like Back to the Future, Felix the Cat, WWE and more. With the new collaboration with Lotería, Suavecito is celebrating Mexican culture by beautifully executing Lotería branding and art assets on a curated collection that includes hair pomade, eyeshadow palette, lipsticks, barber capes, and t-shirts.
