Tommy Bahama Announces Licensing Agreement with Club Car

April 1, 2024

By Allison Watkinson
TLL Reporter
Tommy Bahama has signed a licensing partnership with Club Car for special-edition customizable golf vehicles.
The licensing collaboration will launch with a special-edition Tommy Bahama Onward vehicle that features a signature heritage print, custom upholstery, accessories and more.
“We’re excited to bring to market this new collaboration with Club Car that further advances our vision to inspire you to relax, exhale, and enjoy the moment, whoever—and wherever—you are,” said Tommy Bahama VP, Gina Wilcox. “Having fun outdoors is a huge part of the island-inspired lifestyle. Golf cars introduce new ways to enhance outdoor fun with family and friends. This partnership offers a new opportunity for our guests to enjoy both brands and how they live.”
Club Car is a design and manufacturing company that focuses on developing golf cars, utility vehicles and other personal-use transportation.
Initially founded in 1958, Club Car has expanded its product portfolio to include both gas and electric vehicles for a variety of commercial and consumer markets.
“We’re excited to connect the energy of Tommy Bahama with the fun of the Club Car lifestyle for a truly unique driving experience,” said Club Car VP, Jeff Tyminski. “It’s the perfect combination of sunshine and good vibes.”
Established in 1992, Tommy Bahama is an island lifestyle brand that offers a wide range of products and services including sportswear, swimwear, home furnishings, branded restaurants and more. The company currently owns and operates over a hundred and sixty Tommy Bahama retail locations worldwide.
The Tommy Bahama and Club Car collaboration will be available for purchase at select Club Car dealers beginning in the 2024 summer season.
