NTWRK Teams Up With King Saladeen For Intel-Inspired NFTs

November 29, 2022

By Allison Watkinson

TLL Reporter

The livestream shopping platform NTWRK is collaborating with the tech company Intel and the visual artist King Saladeen for a series of NFTs.

The Intel x King Saladeen NFT series includes two NFTs which were made using an Intel Evo Laptop. Intel Evo Laptops feature a thin and light design with a high-performance operating system and a fast-charging, long-lasting battery. The company collaborated with other PC makers to co-engineer and verify the laptop’s design to ensure optimal functionality.

Opinion: A Wild Ride for Licensing Coming in 2021

In producing artwork for the program, Intel wanted to focus on the speed and power of the Evo laptops. Each NFT in the collection features King Saladeen’s bear image graphic. One of the bear’s eyes features a wifi symbol to represent the fast internet speeds of Intel Evo Laptops, while the other eye features the visual artist’s signature money sign.

The co-branded NFTs were then turned into limited-edition art prints, which were made available in an exclusive drawing on the NTWRK app on November 29.

NTWRK is a North American livestream shopping platform that is built on a model of daily product drops, livestream shopping festivals, and exclusive partnerships with brands and creators.

The digital art series will also be displayed during NTWRK x Galore’s Art Basel party on December 1 at La Otra. The Art Basel party event will feature a massive in-person installation from King Saladeen, as well as DJ sets, VIP guests, and more.

The visual artist Raheem King Saladeen has previously worked with brands such as the NFL, Nike, Mercedes, Topps, and Beats by Dre.

Saladeen has had his work displayed in the New York Stock Exchange and has a 200-foot mural on display in the Philadelphia International Airport.
