Surge Brands has been appointed as the exclusive worldwide licensing agent for the filled marshmallow company, Stuffed Puffs.
Under the terms of the representation partnership, Surge Brands will develop a comprehensive licensing program for the confectionary brand.
The agency will be seeking new Stuffed Puffs licensing partnerships across numerous categories of the consumer products and retail sector.
These product categories include food, beverages, kitchenware, apparel, gifts, publishing and more.
“Stuffed Puffs has completely reimagined a nostalgic treat and turned it into a dynamic platform for creativity,” said Surge Brands licensing VP, Ari Freedman. “We’re excited to help unlock the full licensing potential of a brand that is not only category-leading but culturally magnetic,” added Freedman. “We’re seeking best-in-class partners who can expand the Stuffed Puffs experience beyond the snack aisle.”
Founding by chef and entrepreneur Mike Tierney, Stuffed Puffs is a confectionary brand that offers a selection of marshmallow treats with fillings like classic milk chocolate, salted caramel and limited seasonal flavors.
The brand has also recently debuted a new candy product called Gummy Fuzions.
“We believe in innovation which was the premise of the original brand,” said Stuffed Puffs retail SVP, Dave Barnett. “Partnering with Surge Brands gives us a chance to explore how our brand can show up in fresh new ways—from seasonal celebrations to lifestyle collaborations. We’re just getting started.”
A sister company to Surge Licensing, Surge Brands is a global agency that focuses on representing properties across the corporate, luxury, food and confectionery categories.
