Teddy Mountain has launched a new business venture that has expanded its Make-A-Bear brand to reach new licensees throughout the MENA region.
Titled Teddy Mountain UAE, the new venture is designed to offer Make-A-Bear products to businesses located across the Middle East and North Africa.
“The launch of Teddy Mountain UAE is a tremendous milestone for our brand and for the entire global Teddy Mountain family,” said Teddy Mountain UK director, Ryan Davies. “The MENA region is an untapped and underserved market for do-it-yourself plush toys. It’s the perfect opportunity for companies and entrepreneurs in the region looking to start a stand-alone make-a-bear business, expand upon an existing business or add a magical experience to a special event,” added Davies. “We look forward to meeting with potential customers and sharing the make-a-bear magic with them.”
Teddy Mountain UAE will supply its licensing partners with an extensive collection of wholesale offerings that span unstuffed teddy bears, plush outfits, accessories, fiber stuffing and interactive activities.

Once registration is complete, partners are provided with access to the company’s archive, where they can see its full range of plush bears, accessories, stock levels and order placement system.
To support the launch of Teddy Mountain UAE, the company will be exhibiting at Stand Z5-186 at the upcoming Dubai Entertainment, Amusement and Leisure (DEAL) trade show.
Running from April 8 to 10, this year’s DEAL event will take place at the Dubai World Trade Center.
In addition, the company is sponsoring the annual Spring Mingle networking event that is organized by the Middle East and North Africa Leisure & Attractions Council (MENALAC).
As an official sponsor, Teddy Mountain will showcase its brand at the event to reach entrepreneurs and influencers from the leisure and entertainment industries.
This year’s edition of the MENALAC Spring Mingle event will be held on April 9 in Dubai.
