White Castle is partnering with Heelys to introduce a licensed collection of Heelys stealth skating footwear.
Available exclusively on the Heelys website, the collection offers two shoe offerings that blend visuals from White Castle’s menu and color scheme with the signature style of Heelys stealth skate footwear.
The first version is white with a royal blue trim and laces that is accented with splashes of orange, while the second version is a Night Castle black shoe with orange trim, white laces and royal blue accents.
Both versions feature the White Castle logo on two sides, a tongue that looks like a Cheese Slider and small illustrations of Sliders, fries and soft drinks.
“Just like our Sliders, these shoes are one-of-a-kind, craveable and made for memorable moments,” said White Castle VP, Jamie Richardson. “We’re always seeking fresh and fun ways to satisfy cravings beyond the menu. Partnering with Heelys to design these exclusive shoes does just that.”
The limited-edition shoe collection will officially debut on the Heelys e-commerce website on May 15, 2025.
Founded in 1921, White Castle is an American fast-food hamburger chain that owns and operates approximately 340 restaurants across the country.
In addition to its restaurant locations, the company operates a retail division, as well as its own Slider Provider meat plants, bakeries and frozen-Slider retail production plants.
“White Castle is a fun and authentic brand, so it’s been really exciting to work with them on this collaboration,” said Heelys social media strategist, Sara Arbelaez. “The design turned out so well. We know White Castle Cravers are going to enjoy flaunting their love for Sliders wearing this unique and playful version of Heelys.”
Owned by Bbc International, Heelys is an athletic footwear brand that creates skate shoes that feature removable wheels located in the heel.
The wheels are designed to transform the shoes into stealth skates so that wearers can seamlessly transition from walking to skating by shifting their weight to the heel.
