The hit new kids pre-school brand Zoonicorn has announced a series of new licensing agreements following its participation at Licensing Expo 2025.
The deals mark a continued expansion of the brand’s consumer products portfolio, with new offerings in digital learning, home goods, oral care, and party supplies.
Founded in 2015 by Mark Lubratt, Zoonicorn is a pre-school property focused on entertainment and early childhood development. Designed for children ages 2–6, the series promotes emotional and social growth through imaginative storytelling.
The Zoonicorn team says it had a highly successful appearance at the 2025 Licensing Expo, signing four new licensing agreements, all of which were facilitated by J’net Smith of All Art Licensing.
MagiCore Learning, a developer of teacher-created educational resources, will launch interactive Digital Learning Modules in August 2025. The modules will integrate Zoonicorn episodes with vocabulary and skill-building activities aligned with MESH (Mental, Emotional, Social Health) curriculum goals.
Available via MagiCore Academy, these tools will support both classroom and at-home learning.
Springs Creative, a supplier of retail and print-on-demand fabrics and crafts, is set to introduce a line of Zoonicorn-themed no-sew fleece products in 2026. The initial collection will include throws, pillows, and quilt kits, with additional home goods such as bedding and pillows currently in development.
Toothbrush Toys will debut the Zoonicorn 2-minute Brushing Timer in late 2025, as seen in the photo at the top of this article. The device features all four Zoonicorn characters and plays two songs during the recommended two-minute brushing period. Character-themed toothbrushes are scheduled for release in 2026.
Whimsy’s, a provider of party supplies and edible custom imagery, will launch Zoonicorn party products starting in Q4 2025. Edible cake and cookie toppers will be followed by items including color-your-own cookie kits, all-in-one party kits, cupcake picks and rings, and traditional paper supplies in 2026.
Zoonicorn’s animated series is produced by Toonz Entertainment and Zoonicorn LLC, with global distribution managed by Toonz. The brand’s global licensing program is led by J’net Smith of All Art Licensing. With production of Season 3 recently completed, the series now comprises 130 episodes, each seven minutes long.
Zoonicorn centers on four magical creatures who guide young animal characters through dream-based adventures designed to teach key social-emotional skills such as self-confidence, resilience, and problem-solving.
The series is developed for children ages 2–6 and aligns with educational standards in MESH learning. Multi-Emmy Award winner Mark Zaslove serves as showrunner and lead writer/editor, while Emmy Award-winning composer Rich Dickerson created the show’s music.
