Earthbound has been selected to represent the NFL athlete twins, Shaquem and Shaquill Griffin, for a fashion-focused licensing program.
As the Griffin twins licensing representative, Earthbound will focus on securing partnerships that align with the pro athlete duo’s passion for fashion, adaptive apparel and training gear.
Shaquem and Shaquill will work alongside the agency to develop a disability accessible product line that spans athleisure, tailored suits, athleticwear, sporting equipment, footwear and more.
“The Griffin Twins have made an enormous impact both on and off the field,” said Earthbound CEO, Jeff Cohen. We are honored to partner with them to help them extend their brand even further.”
Shaquem and Shaquill Griffin are twin brothers who have both been professional football players for the NFL.
Drafted to the NFL as a linebacker for the Seattle Seahawks in 2018, Shaquem made history as the first one handed player to join the professional sports organization.
After playing for four seasons, Shaquem announced his retirement from the League in order to join the NFL Legends Community and provide mentorship to other pro football players.
He is currently scheduled to compete in the upcoming Paralympics competition.
Shaquill Griffin first joined the NFL in 2017 as a cornerback for the Seattle Seahawks following an illustrious collegiate football career with the UCF Knights alongside his brother.
“With Shaquem competing in the upcoming Paralympics, there is no better time to explore licensing opportunities for training gear and apparel,” said Cohen.
The Earthbound agency will be presenting the Griffin Twins licensing program to prospective licensees at Booth A154 at the upcoming Licensing Expo event in Las Vegas.
Attendees of Licensing Expo will also have the opportunity to meet the Griffin twins for a signing of their memoir, Inseparable: How Family and Sacrifice Forged a Path to the NFL, on May 21 at the dedicated booth.
In addition, Shaquem Griffin will be presenting for Game Changers on May 22 in the License Global Theater for a powerful conversation about determination and brotherhood.
