IPR Licensing has been appointed to serve as the exclusive licensing agency for the non-profit organization, Dogs Trust.
The new partnership will see IPR Licensing develop a comprehensive brand licensing program across a wide array of product categories.
“We are absolutely delighted to be working with Dogs Trust,” said IPR Licensing co-founder, Sarah Dixon. “It’s an honour to represent a brand with such emotional resonance and national trust. We look forward to creating impactful licensed ranges that not only reflect the charity’s values but also help support the fantastic work they do for dogs across the country.”
Some of the key categories for the licensing program will include pet care, fashion, home goods, toys, games, stationery, gifts, pet accessories, novelty and more.
The collaboration aims to extend the reach of the Dogs Trust’s animal welfare brand through high-quality and functional products that resonate with dog owners and supporters throughout the UK.
Through its strong public recognition and commitment to canine welfare, Dogs Trust offers a compelling platform for licensees that seek to expand consumer engagement while also supporting a worthy cause.
“We’re thrilled to be partnering with IPR Licensing as we embark on this exciting new chapter,” said Dogs Trust head, Claire Bavister. “With their extensive experience and creative approach to brand extension, we believe they are the perfect partner to help us explore new licensing opportunities that align with our mission and bring dog lovers and consumers even closer to the cause.”
Based in the UK, Dogs Trust is an animal welfare charity that has roots in the National Canine Defence League that was first created in 1891 to reduce animal cruelty.
Rebranded as Dogs Trust in 2003, the charititable organization works to care for and rehome thousands of dogs each year.
