Upexi Inc. has signed a licensing agreement with The Walt Disney Company for its children’s STEM toy brand, Tytan Tiles.
The Tytan Tiles toy brand includes non-toxic magnetic tiles in multiple shapes and sizes that snap together as building blocks.
For the agreement, Upexi will be responsible for developing and launching Tytan Tiles toy products for multiple Disney brands.
“Our Tytan Tile brand has had tremendous success this year,” said Upexi CEO Allan Marshall. “Having the ability to launch new products licensed under an iconic brand such as Disney is yet another growth opportunity that we believe will drive our multi-year, compounding growth story,” added Marshall. “Each of our brands has a pipeline of opportunities and initiatives that should continue to drive sales and overall value for Upexi and its shareholders.”
The partnership includes products for Disney brands such as Frozen, The Lion King, Toy Story, Cars, and more.
The products are scheduled for release on Amazon, Upexi’s direct-to-consumer and big box retail channels for the 2023 holiday season.
