Jazwares has signed a multi-year licensing agreement with Gabbacadabra to release toys, costumes and accessories for Yo Gabba Gabba!.
Per the terms of the licensing agreement, Jazwares will hold the rights to develop and produce a wide range of products inspired by the Yo Gabba Gabba Land! franchise.
“Yo Gabba Gabba! lives an iconic legacy that has inspired millions of kids around the world and we’re honored to be part of the franchise’s next chapter,” said Jazwares SVP, Sam Ferguson. “Yo Gabba GabbaLand! reaches a completely new generation of fans with a fresh vibrant world of fun, music, and dancing reuniting audiences with Yo Gabba Gabba! friends old and new,” added Ferguson. “Jazwares is thrilled to bring the beloved series to life with a full line of colorful, imaginative play.”
Expected to debut in 2025, the licensed collection will include a wide variety of categories including toy vehicles, figurines, playsets, plush, musical instruments, costumes, pet products and more.

Created by Christian Jacobs and Scott Schultz, Yo Gabba Gabba! is a family-friendly entertainment franchise that blends pop music, live-action characters and animation.
The franchise’s newest iteration, Yo Gabba GabbaLand!, premiered on Apple TV+ in August 2024.

The licensing partnership was facilitated by the creative development firm, Golden Sombrero Licensing, on behalf of its client, Gabbacadabra.
