Bulldog Licensing has secured new licensed product partnerships with Concept One and Little K Clothing for CloudCo Entertainment’s Care Bears franchise.
Bulldog is an independent licensing agency that works alongside brands to develop merchandise and consumer product programs for both the UK and international retail market.
The agency is responsible for managing the UK licensing rights for the Care Bears brand on behalf of its owner, Cloudco Entertainment.
“It’s going to be another busy year for the Care Bears brand as it continues to build on its success across many categories—with a lot more to come,”
said Bulldog MD Rob Corney. “It’s already one of the hottest brands in both pop culture for young adults and for the primary girls’ market and we’re delighted to welcome Concept One and Little K as licensing partners. These two companies both enjoy a strong reputation—one that will further enhance the UK licensing campaign for this iconic brand.”
The partnership with Concept One will feature a new line of licensed Care Bears accessories including bags, purses, headwear, scarves, and gloves.
Available for both the adult and children’s demographic, the Care Bears x Concept One accessories collection is scheduled to launch on the UK retail market in October 2024.
Little K Clothing has been selected to produce a range of handmade Care Bears-inspired children’s apparel using the brand’s signature super-soft jersey fabric.
The licensed Care Bears x Little K collection will include a variety of dresses, leggings, jumpers, shirts and shorts.
The Care Bears product line will be available for purchase exclusively from Little K’s dedicated e-commerce website later this year.
Both of the product collections will feature imagery, branding and messages inspired by the Care Bears brand.
This will include aspects such as licensed characters from the Care Bears franchise, a cheerful rainbow color palette and uplifting slogans related to compassion, love and friendship.

Care Bears’ message of love, empathy, and caring for others remains timeless and resonates with consumers and licensees alike.”
These new partners join the brands’ existing global licensing program that features a wide range of licensees across multiple product categories such as plush, apparel, homewares, accessories, toys, games and more.
As Care Bears’ UK agent, Bulldog Licensing has secured a a variety of other partners for the CloudCo Entertainment franchise including jigsaw puzzles from Gibsons Games, collectible pin badges and keyrings from Louis Kennedy, embroidered badges from Pawprint Trading, and candles from Flamingo Candles.
The Care Bears brand is expected to continue its expansion into new product categories throughout 2024.
