Perry Ellis International has launched its first collection with Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa to kick off their new multi-year licensing partnership.

“This partnership with Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins marks an exciting new chapter for Perry Ellis,” said Perry Ellis International CEO, Oscar Feldenkreis. “Tua embodies the Always Ready mentality that defines our brand’s spirit. We aim to capture that essence of confidence and versatility through this collection while forging deeper connections with the sports world.

“We’re eager to grow alongside Tua and the dynamic Dolphins community.”

Inspired by Tagovailoa’s Hawaiian heritage and the Perry Ellis brand’s modern design aesthetic, the licensed collection features a colorful range of men’s apparel including lightweight polo shirts, sweaters, dress shirts and sweater jackets.

Manufactured from comfortable and breathable fabrics, the Tua Tagovailoa collection includes patterns, textures and aesthetics inspired by Hawaiian life and culture such as Samoan palm weaving, Hawaiian floral motifs and island-inspired colors.

“This collection captures the essence of my journey and diverse cultural influences,” said Tagovailoa. “With Perry Ellis, we crafted a versatile wardrobe celebrating island life for the modern man.”

“Collaborating with Tua, we aimed to uphold modern American style while honoring his influences,” said Perry Ellis International CEO, Oscar Feldenkreis. “It’s a distinctive lineup celebrating personal expression and island living.”

The licensed apparel collection is available for purchase through the official Perry Ellis e-commerce website, select Perry Ellis locations and at specialty retailers throughout the U.S.

The collection is the first to launch for the recently signed multi-year licensing partnership between the Miami Dolphins quarterback and the Perry Ellis brand.

Owned by Perry Ellis International, the Perry Ellis brand specializes in premium men’s apparel, footwear and fashion accessories.
