Underscore Talent is launching a new division that focuses on representing creative talent across STEM, learning and education.
A subsidiary of TheSoul Publishing, Underscore is a talent management firm that represents a diverse client base of content creators across multiple social media, online streaming and gaming platforms.
This includes digital media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Snapchat and more.
The talent management firm offers its clients a wide range of services including content development, production, distribution, licensing and e-commerce operations.
The agency’s co-founders and co-CEO’s, Reza Izad and Dan Weinstein, have officially named David Seelos as Underscore Talent’s new STEM division lead.
Underscore Talent is currently the only entertainment management company that has a dedicated division for STEM-based content creators.

“STEM is an accelerating area within the creator landscape,” said Seelos. “Thanks to the resources and support of Dan Weinstein, Reza Izad and the team at Underscore Talent, this opportunity allows me to provide my current and future creators key advantages to build their brand, thrive, and achieve limitless success. I look forward to bringing new ideas and opportunities that will lead to significant growth and accomplishments for each of them.”
Prior to joining Underscore, Seelos was the founder of End Card Digital, a management company that focused on representing content creators for STEM-based educational entertainment.
Seelos will be transferring his extensive roster of creative STEM clients to the new Underscore Talent division.
This client roster includes social media and streaming creators such as Peter Sripol, Emily the Engineer, Code Bullet, William Osman, TheBackyardScientist, Tom Stanton, Michael Reeves and NileRed.
“Over the past decade, David has dedicated his career to the digital space and represented an impressive roster of prominent creators,” said Underscore co-founder, Dan Weinstein. “David’s career is marked by his unwavering commitment to his clients’ best interests and his deep appreciation for their value as both individuals and content creators. His strong relationships with brands and agencies, coupled with a vast network of talent, have been central to his success and we are thrilled that he’ll now lead this first-of-its kind division at Underscore.”
Seelos will also utilize his experience building and managing the Open Sauce STEM convention, alongside STEM creator and engineer William Osman and industry executive Ian Dokie.
