Captain Morgan Sliced is teaming up with Pluto Golf for its first apparel collaboration, introducing the limited-edition Play the Slice Capsule Collection.
The line, which debuts Aug. 22 exclusively at Pluto.Golf, includes polos, shorts, hats, windbreakers and Pluto’s P1 sneakers. The gear is designed for golfers who embrace bold looks as much as big swings, said Captain Morgan Sliced brand director Victoria David.
“‘Play the Slice’ is our toast to the real game, quirks, swagger, and all,” said David. “Teaming up with Pluto Golf lets us swing alongside a new wave of golfers who bring as much style to the fairway as they do fun.”
David says this drop is the next chapter in a summer packed with course-side takeovers, viral swings, and social moments from Captain Morgan Sliced and its partners, including the Bravo TV star and sports journalist West Wilson (pictured above), or the golf lifestyle brand Breezy Golf.
‘Play the Slice’ is a celebration of real players and real swings with gear built to match your game and your vibe, said Wilson.
“Golf isn’t just about your score, it’s about showing up with style and swagger,” Wilson added. “The Play the Slice Collection lets you bring your personality to the course and look good doing it.
“You’ll see me wearing these new P1s from Captain and Pluto on and off the course for the rest of the season.”
The launch builds on a summer of promotional events and partnerships with golf lifestyle brands, including Breezy Golf. Captain Morgan Sliced Brand Director Victoria David said the collaboration is a celebration of “quirks, swagger, and all.”
The release also ties into Captain Morgan Sliced’s canned cocktails, marketed as course-ready drinks for late summer and fall.
