Perry Ellis International is releasing a new footwear line for its Original Penguin brand, with the help of ACI International.
Perry Ellis and ACI have been partners for 16 years, and this agreement marks an important expansion, adding the footwear line for the Original Penguin apparel brand. ACI International is a leading manufacturer and marketer of footwear in the US and Canada, where the new line will be sold.
The debut of these stylish and versatile designs for men and boys is slated for a Fall 2024 release.
PEI and ACI International say they will use classic Penguin designs as inspiration, while infusing fresh concepts “that capture an elevated yet enduring American essence.” As well, a standout feature will be the launch of a performance tennis and pickleball line of footwear, catering to sports enthusiasts who demand style and functionality.
The new collection will be available at key department stores, leading footwear chains, sporting goods stores, and prominent ecommerce platforms across the United States and Canada, ensuring accessibility to a broad audience, the partners say.
