Brandgenuity has brokered an agreement between Wolverine and Buffalo Trace to launch a special-edition boot for the online retailer Huckberry.
Brandgenuity is an independent licensing agency that extends brands into consumer products, services and experiences to raise brand awareness and generate revenue.
On behalf of Buffalo Trace Distillery, Brandgenuity is managing the development and rollout of the licensing program for the co-branded boot.
The Buffalo Trace Distillery has been in operation since 1775 and specializes in producing bourbon, rye and vodka. The Distillery is considered an American National Historic Landmark.
“We are thrilled to collaborate with Wolverine and Huckberry for this truly one-of-a-kind boot,” said Sara Saunders, Vice President of Global Marketing for Buffalo Trace. “Bourbon drinkers choose Buffalo Trace for its hand-crafted, uncompromised quality and consistency, all of the same equities that Wolverine poured into this product. We know our fans will love it.”
Founded in 1883, Wolverine is a boot and clothing company known for crafting durable boots using high-quality materials.
The Wolverine 1000 Mile x Buffalo Trace boot features a Wedge Plain-Toe design that incorporates style elements from all three brands.
The tongue of the boot is adorned with a gold foil Buffalo Trace logo while the back heel is stamped with the Huckberry tree icon. The boots are hand-crafted and made to last for years of wear.
“These boots truly encapsulate the heritage and quality our brands are collectively known for,” said Scott Schoessel, VP of Global Marketing at Wolverine. “Through the design process, our team thoughtfully added unique details of each brand. We couldn’t be more excited to celebrate these boots with our consumers during National Bourbon Heritage Month.”
The Wolverine 1000 Mile x Buffalo Trace Boot is available in limited quantities on the official Huckberry website.
Huckberry is an online men’s retail brand and digital magazine. The company’s platform specializes in clothing, footwear, accessories, and home products.
